Meister International was established in 1980 as an electrical and electronic design engineering company.
Late 1980 the company started in mechanical engineering for air-conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration systems.
The various projects have been for the private sector and to a large extent for the government departments and hospitals.
We have designed manufactured and installed the first air-conditioning systems (console, console split, mid-wall split, and cassette) which used R407 C refrigerants in South Africa successfully. Also console and mid-wall system as evaporative cooling have been suggest-fully.
Over the last 10 years we have been involved in commercial kitchen ventilation and specialised our self in this field. We act as consultant to companies for special designs on various projects. This includes design, specifying and drafting for the specific part of the project.
The new add on to our services is now building risk auditing specifically on kitchen ventilation systems which can pose a very high safety, health and fire risk. Also full commercial Kitchen ventilation consulting service to achieve optimum environment and economical (green) operational conditions. Taking care of the Environment.
